Enough Spam Already!

I really detest these captcha-words I see on blogs... they just slow me down! But sadly, I have now switched to a word verification here. I just can't spend any more of my precious time reading and deleting spam comments. So, I do apologize to those of you (like me) who detest them :(

    Another way they SPAM is by trolling sites for @ symbols. So if your followers enter their e-mail like this
    brookeannaroberts(at)yahoo(dot)com
    and you post your e-mail in the same way, it will allow for them to over look yours, hopefully :D
